night out with friends

It has been awhile since I last went out...on a gimmick that is...although i really don't think this can be counted as a gimmick...it was merely a dinner with friends...a dinner that lasted over 3 hours...

It was actually free dinner, hehe...as it was kate's bday celebration...funny but everyone who came was paired off...there was salie and kat, dona and jod, trina and jourdan...of course there was kate and her new bf, aj...olan was the only one single...and i came with my boylet, mai's representative, istian...hehe

unfortunately, there were some who couldn't come like badz and madaks, whom i havent seen in ages...but it was still quite fun...except for some misadventures caused by rain and thunder...we also had a handful of brownouts and we were forced to eat by emergency light...it was a very challenging ordeal, actually...to eat prawns, and fish and other seafood barely seeing what you're eating...

overall, i had fun...and istian was a success to everyone, hehe...everyone liked him and i was proud of him...except for the unfortunate accident we had inside the taxi cab on our way home...olan had to endure it and i had first hand experience of taking care of a kid throwing up inside the cab...can i say i'm a full pledged mommy now? haha!
