tHAnK yOu

As I remember correctly, around this time last year, I was very vocal about so many firsts that happened in my life and how thankful I was of them. Well, Christmas is just around the corner and after that would be the new year. The season, somehow, again makes me think about all that has happened to me this past year.

Although I admit that I haven't been able to travel as much nor have I been able to enjoy this year as much as I had last year, there's one thing I am so grateful for...my bie!!! Having met her and spending my days and nights with her made my year so much more meaningful. It's like finally knowing that I'm home...right where I belong...

It hasn't been an easy relationship, specially at the start. A lot of people were against it, both friends and relatives. Add to that our personal issues...our hang ups, our attitudes...there was just too much to deal with. Thank God we got through everything and we're so happy together. Of course like any relationship we also have arguments every now and then but we'll be spending our 8th month together this December and I can't think of anything better than to spend my Holiday with her.

She and Christian has given so much meaning into my life. Because of them I was willing to take risks and fight...all because at the end of the day, I know that I have them and that makes everything all worth it.
